Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Onshore BI Developer with a strong focus on Anaplan model building and administration. The candidate will play a key role in delivering enterprise planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions, while also contributing to data integration and analytics initiatives using Python and PySpark.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning and financial use cases.
  • Perform Anaplan administration, including model optimization, access control, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Anaplan and upstream/downstream data sources.
  • Utilize Python and PySpark for data preparation, transformation, and analytics where required.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, business, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands‑on experience in Anaplan model build and administration.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise planning and BI concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Python and PySpark.
  • Experience working in large‑scale enterprise environments.

  • Prior exposure to Finance or Planning systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 103,330 to 128,656.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
