Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) Developer to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud. The role focuses on unifying customer data, building identity resolution strategies, enabling segmentation, and supporting real-time personalization across Salesforce platforms.

- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – optional)
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI – optional)
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years
- Design and implement Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform / Data 360) solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Configure and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (CRM, APIs, data lakes, external systems)
- Develop and maintain data models, data streams, and data harmonization rules
- Implement identity resolution and customer profile unification
- Build and manage calculated insights, segments, and audience activation workflows
- Integrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external applications
- Develop data transformations using SQL, Data Cloud Query Language, or other tools
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across datasets
- Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support real-time and batch activation use cases (e.g., personalization, campaigns, analytics)
- Troubleshoot and optimize Data Cloud configurations and performance
