Job Description We are seeking a Regulated Messaging Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in regulated messaging compliance, Proofpoint Enterprise Archive, and communications retention governance and a proven ability to design, implement, and maintain compliant messaging and archiving solutions across multiple platforms. Work Arrangement:
Hybrid onsite. Onsite required three days per week in Jersey City, NJ (NJ) or Charlotte, NC (NC). ASAP hire. Responsibilities:
Design and deploy regulated messaging solutions to meet global compliance requirements. Implement Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance frameworks for messaging and email. Configure, test, and manage Proofpoint Enterprise Archive for compliant archiving and retention. Integrate compliance solutions with Microsoft Teams, Symphony, and Bloomberg. Drive complex migrations and enforce change control, security, and regulatory standards. Communicate program updates and milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

10+ years delivering technology solutions in regulated environments. Hands-on Proofpoint Enterprise Archive experience including archiving, encryption, and compliance policy management. Strong knowledge of Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance. Proficiency in Python scripting and ability to navigate MSSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud technologies and compliance services. Advanced Microsoft Visio and intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred

Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Teams Compliance Recording, Symphony Compliance, and Bloomberg chat and email compliance. Knowledge of SMTP forwarding and Global Relay or similar archiving platforms.
