Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Service Now Administrator for a top financial services client building out an enterprise-wide GRC platform. This consultant will focus on designing and delivering impactful dashboards and reports across IRM and BCM, partnering closely with stakeholders to support risk visibility and decision-making.

• 4–5 years of Service Now experience
• Service Now experience with IRM or BCM (at least one)
• Strong experience building reports and dashboards in Service Now
• Understanding of the risk management lifecycle
• Experience supporting or participating in risk assessments
• Stakeholder-facing experience; able to gather requirements and translate to reporting
• Experience with Issues Management or SOCs
• Experience supporting a full GRC platform buildout
• Financial services or regulated enterprise background
