** What's the Job?*
* + Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Quantitative Analytics

+ Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term Quantitative Analytics challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors

+ Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

+ Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to develop innovative solutions

+ Support the development and implementation of analytical models and strategies to enhance decision-making processes

** What's Needed?*
* + 5+ years of experience in Quantitative Analytics or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and scenarios

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams

+ Proficiency in analytical tools and software relevant to quantitative analysis

+ Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
