Technical Analyst​/ETL Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for strong Technical Business Analysts/ETL Analysts for one of our top financial services clients. This individual will be joining a Treasury team within the Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology space. In the role, this individual will be subject to multiple critical regulations and going through a Technology Transformation Journey to build and adopt General capabilities for Data Ingestion, Rules Authoring & Execution, and Analytics capabilities.

This project requires meticulous design to replace multiple legacy applications. These applications will also house some critical regulatory programs such as Basel IV, & FRTB. Candidate must have very strong communication skills.

• Hybrid role, 3 days a week on site in either:
  Charlotte, NC (Primary), Jersey City, NJ (Alternate), Plano, TX (Alternate)

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst (ETL Analyst)
• Strong ETL experience with Stored Procedures, Tables, Triggers, etc.
• Alteryx and Trifecta (must have familiarity)
• Strong database knowledge of SQL and Oracle Exadata
• Banking experience is a must
• Great programming knowledge, ideally comes from programming background (SQL queries)
• Must have excellent soft skills to include great communication and documentation
• Financial industry experience
• Python/PySpark experience highly preferred
• Capital Markets/Treasury/Regulatory experience
• Big Data / Cloud experience
