• Leverage advanced hands‑on experience with Loan IQ Business Systems Data to support business operations, including BA, QA, production support, or operations.
• Analyze and support technology solutions by eliciting and documenting business and product requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in booking and servicing commercial lending transactions, including syndicated, bilateral, or member deals.
• Draft and support UAT test scripts, ensuring quality and accuracy in testing phases.
• Collaborate effectively with business and technology teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage requirements, defects, and backlogs.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design, demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Proven expertise supporting technology solutions in a business systems environment.
• Experience in commercial lending transactions, including syndicated, bilateral, or member deals.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT support.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices and proficiency with Jira or similar tools for requirements and defect management.
