Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Annual Risk Assessment Consultant to join their team. As an Annual Risk Assessment Consultant, you will be part of the Risk Management Department supporting cybersecurity and regulatory compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Support enterprise readiness for cybersecurity regulatory examinations, including ICCR and related supervisory reviews.
- Prepare, validate, and present evidence of cybersecurity program maturity, including policies, risk assessments, and control testing results.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate mock exams, walkthroughs, interviews, and artifact reviews.
- Develop clear narratives and cover sheets that demonstrate effective cybersecurity control implementation.
- Track examiner questions, manage issues, and support remediation efforts to address supervisory feedback.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity regulatory readiness, risk management, audit, or control assurance.
- Strong working knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
- Familiarity with the Cyber Risk Institute (CRI) framework and regulatory exams such as ICCR, OCC, and FRB.
- Experience preparing exam artifacts, narratives, and evidence repositories.
- Proven ability to conduct mock exams, walkthroughs, and SME interviews, translating technical cybersecurity execution into clear regulatory narratives.
