Job Title: SAP Basis & Security Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP Basis & Security Administrator to support and manage enterprise SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Basis administration, SAP Security, SAP GRC, SAP S/4

HANA, and SAP RISE. This role will be responsible for SAP landscape management, system upgrades, security architecture, user provisioning, troubleshooting, and supporting SAP transformation initiatives.

• Administer and support SAP ECC and SAP S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Lead SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementations, migrations, and ECC to S/4
  
  HANA conversion projects.
• Manage and support SAP RISE environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP Security roles and authorization concepts across various SAP modules.
• Administer SAP GRC solutions, including access controls and compliance processes.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, refreshes, service pack implementations, and enhancements.
• Monitor SAP system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage SAP HANA and Oracle databases and ensure system stability.
• Support SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and SAP MDG platforms.
• Collaborate with functional teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, governance requirements, and best practices.
• Support cloud-based SAP solutions and integrations.

• 5+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Security and SAP GRC.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA landscapes.
• Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role design, and user provisioning.
• Experience performing SAP upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities.
• Experience with SAP HANA database administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience with SAP RISE.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and SAP MDG.
• Experience designing and supporting cloud‑based SAP solutions.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Open Shift, or Docker.
• Financial Services or large enterprise experience.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, and microservices architectures.
