Job Title
ETL Data Analyst - FDIC
LocationCharlotte, NC 28202
Contract OpportunityContract Length: 6+ months. Hybrid work with 3 days on site. Must work on W2 only;
No C2C eligibility. Visa sponsorship available.
- Advanced technical expertise in SQL, ETL, Ab Initio
- Regulatory experience and building logic that complies with regulatory systems
- Knowledge of FDIC regulation, specifically banking data requirements for technology (CE or SORs) to implement data integrity checks
- Experience with FINRA, SEC, Federal Reserve, CFPB or similar regulatory frameworks
- Experience creating calculators / evaluations from detailed regulatory requirements
- Ability to read source‑to‑target mapping documents (technical & business) and interpret data
- Advanced SQL skills with strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and analytical systems, especially in banking and finance
- Ability to identify data relationships, profile the data, research, trend, analyze, and model data
- Strong understanding of how data pipelines (ETL / ELT) are designed, built & managed
- Hands‑on experience in Ab Initio or another scripting language to review CE code
- Ability to read existing mapping documents & SQL
- Nice to have: prior experience working in Hive or cloud databases
