Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Technology Support Analyst to join their team. As a Technology Support Analyst, you will be an essential part of the Cybersecurity and IT support teams, supporting enterprise-wide data cleanup initiatives and user engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping users navigate technical challenges, aligning successfully with the organization’s mission to enhance data hygiene and reduce exposure risks.

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for end users impacted by data cleanup activities related to Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) systems.
- Conduct targeted outreach via email, Teams, and calls to guide users through remediation actions such as removing sensitive data or adjusting access permissions.
- Explain remediation requirements clearly and effectively to ensure user understanding and compliance.
- Track and document user responses, actions, and exceptions using ticketing or case management tools.
- Perform initial triage of issues, classify cases, and escalate complex cases to cybersecurity or advanced support teams as needed.
- 0-3 years of experience in Help Desk, IT support, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory concepts, including users, groups, and permissions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Experience working with ticketing systems or case management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple user interactions effectively.
