Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Technology Support Analyst to join their team. As a Technology Support Analyst, you will be an essential part of the Cybersecurity and IT support teams, supporting enterprise-wide data cleanup initiatives and user engagement efforts. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end users impacted by data cleanup activities related to Enterprise Information Protection (EIP) systems.
  • Conduct targeted outreach via email, Teams, and calls to guide users through remediation actions such as removing sensitive data or adjusting access permissions.
  • Explain remediation requirements clearly and effectively to ensure user understanding and compliance.
  • Track and document user responses, actions, and exceptions using ticketing or case management tools.
  • Perform initial triage of issues, classify cases, and escalate complex cases to cybersecurity or advanced support teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience in Help Desk, IT support, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory concepts, including users, groups, and permissions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems or case management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple user interactions effectively.
