• Oracle Fusion HCM Integration Lead with 12+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in Oracle Cloud projects.
• Proven experience as a Data Conversion Lead, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud data migration and Payroll conversions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data structures and data migration tools.
• Responsible for overall data conversion activities, including data mapping workshops, transformation requirements, and selection criteria mappings for data extraction.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy for Oracle ERP Cloud, covering data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data conversion requirements and map legacy data to Oracle Cloud data structures.
• Coordinate data mapping rules, oversee data transformation activities, and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop and implement data validation processes to verify migrated data accuracy and completeness.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of data conversion processes, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation procedures.
• Communicate key updates to project leadership regarding data conversion efforts.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data conversion to minimize impact on project timelines and data integrity.
• Coordinate testing activities to validate data migration success and resolve issues.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud best practices and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
• Lead and drive data conversion strategies and deliverables, ensuring the workstream stays on schedule.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Apply problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• 5+ years of strong conversion experience, including 3+ successful HCM & payroll conversions for large customers (Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud).
• Working knowledge of cloud data loading tools.
• Experience preparing HDL data loads, debugging issues, data transformations, and ensuring data mapping integrity.
• Ability to independently create and execute payroll and employee hiring scenarios.
• Good understanding of payroll balances like YTD, QTD, MTD, and their conversions.
• Knowledge of challenges related to start of quarter vs. mid-quarter Go-Live and their impacts.
• Experience in benefits conversion with elements loading.
• Hands-on experience with core HR functions, including employee creation and navigation.

Nice to have skills

• Knowledge of customer conversions, mapping, and loading methods.
• Understanding of AR invoices and receipts conversion.
• Knowledge of PPM module and related conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Two or more active Oracle Cloud Certifications, including Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Willing to travel in a 3-4-5 schedule.
