This is a hands‑on IT role where you will help keep computers, systems, networks, and job site technology working properly so employees can stay productive. This role is a good fit for someone who has a couple of years of IT support experience and enjoys solving practical problems.

You should be comfortable helping users with computer, software, hardware, and network issues, setting up equipment, and explaining technical problems in a way that makes sense to non‑technical people. Some travel to other company locations and project sites will be part of the job.

Responsibilities
  • Help employees troubleshoot computer, software, hardware, printer, network, and general IT issues both in person and remotely.
  • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, software, peripherals, and other IT equipment for office and jobsite users.
  • Support and maintain workstations, servers, network devices, and other technology used across the business.
  • Help troubleshoot network and connectivity issues involving Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and related equipment.
  • Keep track of IT assets, system changes, support activity, and basic documentation for internal processes.
  • Work with office staff, field employees, and project teams to understand IT issues and provide practical solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in IT support, desktop support, help desk, field support, or a similar hands‑on technical role.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows computers, hardware issues, software problems, and basic network/connectivity issues.
  • Working knowledge of networking basics such as Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, or TCP/IP.
  • Comfortable supporting non‑technical users and explaining IT issues in plain language.
  • Experience with Linux, servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, ticketing systems, or asset tracking is helpful.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to other company locations and project sites as needed.
