Technology Support Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cybersecurity sector, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Technology Support Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Technology Support Analyst, you will be an essential part of the Cybersecurity and IT support teams, supporting enterprise-wide data cleanup initiatives and user engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, which will enable you to thrive in this role and contribute to the organization's success.

Charlotte, NC
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries related to enterprise data cleanup and remediation efforts.
- Conduct targeted outreach to impacted users via email, Teams, and calls to facilitate remediation activities.
- Explain technical remediation requirements clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
- Track and document user responses, actions, and exceptions using ticketing or case management tools.
- Support campaign-based remediation efforts, including follow-ups and reporting on progress and completion.
- 0-3 years of experience in Help Desk, IT support, or customer-facing technical support roles.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory concepts, file shares, and permissions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Experience working with ticketing systems or case management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple user interactions effectively.
