As an IT Security Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Security Support Department, supporting enterprise-wide security initiatives and advanced troubleshooting efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Support and troubleshoot complex security products, including secure browsing solutions and enterprise browser components.
• Manage and support Windows and MAC operating systems within a large enterprise environment.
• Develop and execute Power Shell scripts for automation and troubleshooting tasks.
• Assist in policy management, URL syntax coding, and modification of RPA scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Advanced knowledge of Windows and MAC operating systems.
• Extensive experience supporting large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with command line tools and Power Shell scripting.
• Experience managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) products and understanding of REGEX (Regular Expression).
• Direct experience with secure browsing products, including desktop browsers and centralized management backend systems.
