• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions used across the organization.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze and transform data from multiple sources.
• Create scalable data models and calculations using DAX and the Microsoft data stack.
• Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, finance, logistics, marketing, and executive teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Support analytics initiatives using tools including Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, Databricks, and SQL.
• Assist with automation and advanced analytics efforts using Python when appropriate.
• Help expand reporting capabilities and improve how information is delivered throughout the business.
• Participate in emerging AI initiatives and future‑focused analytics projects as the organization continues to invest in new technologies.

• Experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and manipulation.
• Experience with DAX and data modeling.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft data ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to continuously learn and grow.

• Experience with Databricks.
• Exposure to Python for data analysis or automation.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
