• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Perform detailed system analysis to identify business needs, process improvements, and technology solutions.
• Analyze complex data sets to support business decisions, process optimization, and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Work closely with development, QA, and project teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis for system and business issues.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validate requirements, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Assist in data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with banking and financial industry standards and regulations.
• Support production issues, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives

• 6 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.
• Strong expertise in System Analysis and Data Analysis.
• Experience working within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) domain.
• Strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and data flows.
  
  Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
