Buzzclan is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to assist Client Services Operations in Elizabethtown, North Carolina. The candidate will work onsite and will be responsible for addressing Service Desk requests and providing customer software support. In this hands-on role, the specialist will utilize extensive technical knowledge to resolve issues, mentor team members, and maintain critical documentation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as a proven track record in data migration and technical documentation.
