IT Project Manager, Scrum Master
This role is a potential contract to hire and will require resources that do not require sponsorship now or in the future.
Position SummaryThe Delivery Lead will oversee project delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders and alignment with financial objectives. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. The Delivery Lead will facilitate communication between cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Required Qualifications- Proven experience in project management and Agile frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive project success
- Excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Proficiency in reporting and presenting project status to leadership
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data analysis skills
- Background in Digital Banking technologies
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP)
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Proficiency in reporting and presenting project status to leadership
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
