Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support utilizing cutting‑edge technology and various other tools to assess performance across diverse areas of the company. This individual will focus on generating insights to guide strategic business decisions. We are seeking a candidate who is deeply enthusiastic about leveraging data analytics to enhance organizational value through visualization software, statistical tools, and other relevant applications.

• Develop and maintain performance reporting, dashboards, and analytics for key business metrics and KPIs
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Support advanced analytics projects, including profitability analysis and financial automation initiatives
• Advise stakeholders on reporting, dashboard development, and analytics best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting capabilities, business processes, and operational efficiency
• Create and maintain documentation related to reporting, data sources, processes, and training materials
• Continue developing technical expertise and remain current on emerging analytics technologies and tools
• Assist in building scalable reporting solutions that support business growth and decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
• 2‑4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role
• Required business skills: problem‑solving/critical thinking; written/verbal communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical people); exceptional attention to detail; multi‑tasking; organization/planning
• Required technical skills:
  Intermediate Office 365;
  Power BI (or another data visualization tool); statistical analysis; data analysis (financial, transactional, process, digital); familiarity with at least one coding language (DAX preferred); basic relational data modeling (ETL tools, cardinality, schemas, fact vs dimension tables)
