Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver specific reporting solutions and ad-hoc queries assigned to the team.
- Partner with various Merchant reporting partners to understand, resolve differences, and align metrics across different business functions and source systems.
- Assist with the development of new reporting and the conversion of existing reporting to utilize the Merchant Commerce Authorized Data Source (MCM ADS) and Merchant Commerce Insight Reporting and Analytics (MIRA) data and reporting solutions including the incorporation of latest AI capabilities.
- Assist with the identification of other data to be either brought into these data solutions and/or referenced as part of the reporting and analytics.
- Ensure adoption of and adherence to Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, including data quality, lineage, controls, and issue management.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of critical Metadata.
- Provide design input, execution oversight and testing for technology initiatives.
- Partner closely with Technology in various data related initiatives to align data strategy, architecture, and governance priorities with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
- Act as a thought leader and “trusted expert” of Merchant data for partners across the business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance.
- Enable data to support a broad set of enterprise use cases, including regulatory reporting, analytics, and operational needs, with awareness of nonfunctional requirements such as accuracy, traceability, and resiliency.
- Several years (5-7) of practical, hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting with insight into how to represent data and metrics effectively.
- Proficiency in the usage of SQL for coding of complex reports, data pulls and data mining;
Experience with Python, BI Tools (i.e. Tableau etc.) and JIRA a plus Ability to work in fast-paced, work-intensive organization and be able to adapt to changing priorities while delivering with high accuracy. - Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize data into easy-to-understand graphics and reports for consumption by senior leaders.
- Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to effectively manage in cross‑functional teams to ensure that critical work is owned and completed in a timely manner. Candidate must aptly manage day‑to‑day interactions and relationships with a diverse group of colleagues.
- Experience working in Merchant Services or Financial Services.
- Hands‑on experience with Enterprise Data Management policies, standards, and controls.
- Experience working in complex data architectures supporting nuanced business processes.
- Exposure to legacy modernization and data transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with data requirements in heavily regulated environments.
- Bachelor's degree.

Pay Transparency DetailsPay range: $80,500.00 - $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
