Pro Sidian seeks a Subject Matter Expert
- Standard candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as DEA. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Professional, Technical and Administrative Support Services (PTASS) (Subject Matter Expert
- Standard) in the Defense, And Security Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) | Department of Justice Located In and across the CONUS Region.

Provides expert scholarly advice, inspiration and consultation to projects and professional co-workers. Applies expert and highly specialized knowledge to gather facts, research and analyze data, and develop conclusions, recommendations and strategies. Generally has attained very senior levels within military, government and/or industry.

Requires progressive work experience in a subject relevant to the particular project or program.

Education:

Must have a Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 8 years of progressive work experience.

Requires advanced work experience and expertise in a subject relevant to the particular project or program.

Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program). Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management. Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones. Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities. Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail. Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
