Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Communication:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the offshore team.
• Participate in client meetings, provide technical insights, and manage expectations.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide guidance on architecture, design, and implementation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with project managers to define timelines, deliverables, and resource needs.
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve technical issues.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions with both onsite and offshore teams.

Team

Collaboration:

• Foster a collaborative environment between onsite and offshore teams.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of key decisions and solutions.
