Gen AI Architect
Work Location:
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Fulltime
Salary range: $160K PA (Base + QPLC) + Benefits
Job Description:
- Design and establish the architectural blueprint for GenAI solutions, including reference architectures and technology standards for deploying LLMs, RAG systems, and AI Agents.
- Develop and deploy high-impact GenAI solutions, including creating POCs and prototypes.
- Architect and implement GenAI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), incorporating performance optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with various teams to translate business problems into AI solutions and provide technical leadership.
- Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and ethical standards, establishing AI guardrails and compliance rules.
- Stay informed on emerging AI trends to shape the company's GenAI roadmap.
- Significant experience in AI/ML and cloud architecture with demonstrable GenAI projects.
- Experience deploying AI applications into production with a focus on monitoring and improvement.
- Strong skills ML frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services like AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI services.
- Background in NLP techniques and tools (Spa Cy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Experience with microservices, APIs, and Dev Ops/MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform).
