AI Development Lead
Duration of the project: 6 months
Work Location:
Charlotte, NC 28273
This role is not 100% remote. It is expected to be onsite WFO 100%.
Minimum years of experience required: 7+
Candidates will be required to meet for an in-person interview for the 2nd round client interview.
Skype/Web Ex interviews are acceptable for internal interviews.
Must have skills:
- Proficiency in Python, ML, NLP, and text data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with API creation, RAG, Vector databases, LLM prompt engineering, LLM evaluation.
Job Description:
Strong fundamentals in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including core concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
Clear understanding of LLM fundamentals, including how they work, their limitations, and optimization approaches.
Strong hands-on experience in ML/DL and Generative AI.
Demonstrated experience in building Generative AI applications using Python, with strong proficiency in Python.
Solid experience in developing solutions using LLMs, including intermediate RAG concepts.
Good understanding of agentic frameworks, their evaluation methodologies, and solution scalability considerations.
Ability to clearly articulate the projects they have worked on, including problem statement, architecture, design decisions, challenges faced, and outcomes.
