Technical Support, IT Specialist
Service Now Developer
Development and Customization Design:
Develop and implement custom applications and enhancements on the Service Now platform
Integration:
Integrate Service Now with other enterprise systems and third-party applications
Configuration:
Configure Service Now modules including Incident Problem Change Service Catalog and CMDB
Scripting:
Write and maintain client scripts business rules UI policies and other custom scripts
Workflow Automation:
Develop and maintain workflows including approvals notifications and escalations
Testing and Debugging:
Perform unit testing integration testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed solutions
Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user guides and release notes
Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Now-related issues and incidents
Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders including business analysts project managers and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 35 years of experience in Service Now development and administration
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies
Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture and components
Experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM ITOM ITBM and HRSD
Knowledge of RESTSOAP APIs and integration techniques
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certifications:
Service Now Certified Application Developer Service Now Certified System Administrator or other relevant certifications are preferred
