An experienced Business Analyst is sought to support the ongoing development and enhancement of a Portfolio Management platform for the Commercial Bank. This role focuses on requirements gathering, user story development, data mapping, and agile delivery execution, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong core business analysis skills and a working understanding of AI concepts to collaborate effectively with AI and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience and understanding of business workings of commercial bank and credit. Knowledge of financial spreading. risk ratings. credit analysis, loaniq or icino is very desired
• Lead requirements gathering activities with business users, product owners, and subject matter experts.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain and refine the product backlog.
• Participate actively in scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Perform data mapping (source to target) across systems supporting the PM platform.
• Work with AI and engineering teams to define requirements for AI-enabled features.
• Serve as a key liaison between business, product, and technology teams.
• Maintain clear, organized documentation for requirements, data mappings, and delivery artifacts.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology or platform initiatives, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Technical

Skills:

Proven ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, and experience with data mapping, data analysis, and integration requirements. Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile delivery tools is also required.
