Hybrid work schedule with expectation to work in an office (Charlotte, NC, Columbus, OH, or Hartford, CT) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

• Design end-to-end solutions for underwriting and risk assessment.
• Ask "How can AI solve this?" before considering manual or legacy methods.
• Leverage emerging technologies to create innovative solutions to complex, real-world problems.
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable architectures.
• Adhere to best practices for data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Build modular, cloud-native architectures that adapt to evolving business needs and emerging technologies.

• 5-8 years of hands‑on Solution Architecture experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong background in API design, event-driven architectures, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and microservices architecture. Cloud and AI certifications are a plus.
• Practical understanding of the capabilities, limitations, and ethical implications of AI.
• Experience designing AI & Agentic Architectures is a plus.
• Understanding of Business Insurance processes, risk analysis, and regulatory landscape.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills to influence key stakeholders and lead solution design from concept to deployment.
• Passion for emerging technologies and their application in real-world business challenges.
• Authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. Company does not support STEM OPT I-983 endorsement.

The annual base pay range for this role is $131,600 – $197,400.
