Technical Support Analyst

IDR is seeking a Technical Support Analyst contractor to join one of our top clients in Charlotte, NC. The position requires a professional who can manage tech issues efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with healthcare staff and executives.

• Document and respond to customer requests and technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical problems in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality service.
• Support users in a healthcare environment, including troubleshooting Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and hardware.
• Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff, including clinical personnel.

• 4+ years of applicable IT experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and cloud environments such as Azure and VMware.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct non-technical users.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel as required.
