Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager with a focus on PDM/PLM and Agile-PLM methodologies. This role is essential for driving Agile delivery and ensuring successful project execution.

Location:

Charlotte, NC. Pay Range: 45-50/hr on W2.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a Scrum Master role.
• Basic knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, and S/4
  
  HANA.
• Scrum certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile tools, particularly Azure Dev Ops.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills &

Qualifications:

• Advanced SAP knowledge.
• Experience with large-scale SAP implementations.
• Additional certifications in Agile methodologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile best practices.
• Track sprint progress and remove impediments.
• Coordinate with SAP teams including SD, MM, FI/CO, and S/4
  
  HANA.
• Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting.
• Maintain Azure Dev Ops and track deliverables.
