Job Description We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our dynamic team supporting Project WARC starting in July. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices and a proven ability to coach teams, remove impediments, and drive predictable, value-focused outcomes. Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles. Maintain a healthy product backlog and clear definition of done in partnership with Product and Process Owners. Coach teams on Agile values, roles, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Identify and remove impediments, escalating appropriately while protecting team focus. Track progress and delivery metrics to enable timely and predictable delivery. Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders and align expectations.
Introduce Agile best practices and support experimentation through data-driven decisions. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Proficiency with JIRA and related Agile tools. Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to coach teams with varying Agile maturity and influence without authority. Understanding of the product development lifecycle and basic technical concepts. Experience level: 2-5+ years in Agile or Scrum roles with cross-functional teams. Preferred
Skills:
