Contract Duration: 9 Months
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of Data Science experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Data analyses and insight reports
- Model evaluation and performance metrics
- Experiment design and results documentation
- Dashboards and visualizations
- Recommendations to improve model outcomes and business value
- Hands on experience with LLMs and GenAI concepts
- Python (data analysis, ML libraries)
- SQL and data manipulation at scale

The GenAI Data Scientist supports GenAI initiatives through advanced analytics, model evaluation, and data exploration. This role works with large and complex datasets to inform model behavior, performance, and business impact, partnering closely with engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities (R&R)- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Support GenAI model development, evaluation, and performance tuning.
- Design and execute experiments to assess model behavior and outcomes.
- Develop metrics to measure model quality, bias, and business impact.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to inform feature and model decisions.
- Create analytical outputs and visualizations for stakeholders.
