Service Now Developer
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and service industry, is seeking a Service Now Developer to join their team. As a Service Now Developer, you will be part of the IT support and development department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Location:
Charlotte, NC
- Develop, install, and troubleshoot Service Now applications to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions using Service Now platform.
- Support vulnerability response processes and ensure system security and compliance.
- Consult with clients on service-oriented architecture and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and ES5+.
- Participate in panel interviews and contribute to project conversions and support initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in Service Now application development, installation, or troubleshooting.
- Minimum of 6 months experience with Service Now Vulnerability Response.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields, demonstrating technical expertise.
- At least 5 years of experience with service-oriented architecture and consulting clients on such topics.
- Over 1 year of experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and ES5+.
