Project Manager – Client Reference Data Program

About the Program

This Tier 1 initiative focuses on creating and maintaining client reference data that is governed, controlled, and publishable to multiple functions and systems, including governance, architecture, legal, and credit.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Client Reference Data Program, from planning through to implementation.
• Design and implement target state business processes for client data governance and distribution.
• Partner with governance, architecture, legal, credit, and other stakeholders to align on requirements and delivery milestones.
• Oversee RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management and provide timely status reporting.
• Run working groups and forums to track progress and resolve delivery challenges.
• Ensure regulatory, governance, and operational controls are embedded in the solution.

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of client reference data, data governance, or client lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology.
• Experience working with Tier 1 programs or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.
