The Organizational Change Lead for the S/4
HANA project is responsible for executing change management strategies that enable a smooth transition to SAP S/4
HANA at our Fortune
500 Direct client. This role acts as a bridge between project teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that all impacted employees are supported throughout the transformation process.
Proven experience in leading organizational change for large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4
HANA. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and develop practical solutions. Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
