Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Contact Center network topology and call flow analysis (Genesys).
- Coordinate with tech partners, Avaya, network teams, and vendors.
- Troubleshoot, analyze logs, and identify root causes efficiently.
- Apply excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 10+ years in design, development, and analysis using IBM middleware: IIB/ACE, Web Sphere MQ, Data Power, API Connect, WTX, and WSRR.
- Develop and manage SOAP/REST web services, MQ, HTTP interfaces, and message flows.
- Expertise in data mapping, transformation, routing, and integration aligned with insurance business rules.
- Experience integrating with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek).
- Configure Data Power components: WS-Proxy, Multi-Protocol Gateway (MPGW), XML Firewall, Crypto Profiles, Load Balancer Groups.
- Support production deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise integration, security standards, and documentation requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint deliverables.
