Job Description We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in establishing SRE practices, defining CUJs, SLIs, and SLOs, and building reliability tooling and a proven ability to launch SRE capabilities from the ground up while partnering with product and business stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Define and maintain customer user journeys (CUJs), service level indicators (SLIs), and service level objectives (SLOs). Establish error budgets and drive blameless postmortems with actionable remediation plans. Design and run incident response role-playing scenarios and readiness drills. Conduct Non-Abstract Large System Design (NALSD) to guide resilient architectures. Build automation and tooling; write production-quality code in at least one language. Partner with development and Dev Ops teams to improve reliability, scalability, and observability.

Communicate reliability posture and tradeoffs to business stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Hands-on SRE experience establishing SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and blameless postmortems. Ability to perform NALSD and advocate for resilient system design. Proficiency in coding with at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or similar). Experience in development or Dev Ops environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to present reliability narratives to business audiences. Preferred

Skills:
