Contract Duration: 6+ Months, possible conversion to full‑time.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Power Shell scripting.
• Windows Server administration and production support experience.
• Exposure to Java or Tomcat‑based application environments.
• Experience with archiving, compliance, or eDiscovery systems.
• Solid troubleshooting ability in high‑pressure production settings.

• Experience with Service Now, Power BI, or database change management processes. Power BI or similar reporting tools.

• Provide daily production support for enterprise archiving and compliance systems.
• Script and automate operational tasks using Power Shell.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and participate in incident response.
• Perform system administration tasks in a Windows Server environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet compliance and performance standards.
• Support audit, regulatory, and eDiscovery tool reliability.
• Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotations.
