Desktop Technician

TEKsystems is looking for a Desktop Technician for a top client in the Lancaster, SC area in a fast paced environment.

• Support deployments of hardware.
• Perform password resets.
• Break/fix hardware, upgrading software and workstation setups.
• Interface with other teams and support applications.
• Conduct networking troubleshooting.
• Reimage computers.
• Support Windows computers, printers, and other hardware.
• Provide support for 2 different locations, Lancaster & Chester.

• Minimum 3 years of Desktop Support experience.
• Experience with deployments, reimaging, and hardware & network troubleshooting.
• Hardware support: laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, handheld scanners.
• Reimaging experience is a must.

Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC. (Fully onsite).

Pay range: $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
