Records and Document Management Analyst

W-2 only; no C2C

Contract Term: 24 months

Seeking a contractor to support document management and records compliance initiatives, including migration and integration of documents from non-compliant to compliant repositories. This role focuses on execution across taxonomy, controls, access management, intake tracking, reporting, and UAT.

• Execute document governance activities, including taxonomy and metadata support
• Apply record categories and retention rules
• Execute governance tasks (metadata validation, access reviews)
• Manage intake requests and workflows in JIRA/Confluence
• Support reporting
• Write and execute UAT test cases and scripts
• Support cleanup of shared drives and non-compliant storage
• Other duties as needed

• 3–5 years of experience in document management, records management, business operations, or risk
• Experience with UAT (test cases, scripts, execution)
• Experience using JIRA or similar workflow tools
• Familiarity with document/records platforms (e.g., Documentum, File Net)
• Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reporting)

• Strong execution focus; able to work independently
• Detail-oriented with solid organization skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Clear communicator; escalates issues early
