Job Description We are seeking an Production Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) to join our operations and production support team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise application production support, monitoring, and incident/problem management and a proven ability to restore service quickly, perform root cause analysis, and drive stability improvements across complex platforms. Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor and manage application health and performance. Own incident and problem management for production issues, including job failures, feed management, and alert response. Perform root cause analysis and ensure follow-up actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain and create support documentation, policies, procedures, and knowledge base articles. Develop a working understanding of supported business processes, including credit-related workflows. Support releases, upgrades, implementations, and environment changes.

Ensure continuity and quality by owning issues across platforms and escalating when necessary. Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to critical incidents. Provide after-hours and weekend support for deployments, infrastructure changes, disaster recovery tests, and industry initiatives. Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Platform teams to ensure stable operations. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in application development and/or production support. Hands-on experience with multiple technologies:
Oracle/SQL, Salesforce, Informatica, J2EE, UNIX, .NET, Open Shift. 2+ years using monitoring and support tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace and/or App Dynamics. Experience managing complex batch environments. Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Remedy and incident/problem management processes. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage critical incidents under pressure. Clear written and verbal communication skills and solid documentation practices, including work with US-based partners.

Preferred

Skills:

Prior Salesforce production support experience. Exposure to incident trend analysis, problem management, and automation or process improvement opportunities.
