Training Specialist; Design & Delivery - Products & Services

Job Details

Duration: 36 months. Hybrid: 3 days per week in office. Travel may be required to different Operations Centers and/or flights to different regions, depending on the training being worked on. The client has offices in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. The employee will drive their own vehicle; rental vehicles may be used during travel.

• Demonstrates expertise in a wide range of training products and services supporting division and team goals.
• Serves as an internal expert in a discipline‑specific/task‑based area, providing advanced expertise and innovation in research, design, analysis, and administration of assigned functions to support business objectives.
• Serves as a project leader for complex training projects following division business processes.
• Designs and administers training products and services to enable achievement of company and business unit goals and support compliance with customer training needs.
• Stays abreast of current and emerging training practices, trends, and methods, ensuring their application as appropriate.
• Attends industry and company‑sponsored seminars and conferences; exchanges information with government, academic, and training professionals; researches relevant journals and periodicals.
• Mandatory OPS training: SRO or RO certified training.

• Ensure execution of the ADDIE methodology.
• Use daily systems/tools:
  Camtasia, Storyline, Photoshop, Vyond, Rise, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, PowerBI, Adobe Audition, Teams, SnagIT, One Note, Jira, Agile, Waterfall, Kirkpatrick, Chapman’s Alliance, and Word.
• Develop instructor led, virtual, and eLearning content.
• Maintain strong communication skills (written and oral), active listening, adaptability, analytical thinking, leadership, change management, and technical skills. Demonstrate flexibility in revising/updating training materials when system changes require prompt updates.

• Bachelor’s degree.
