M365 Analyst

Our Financial Services Client is seeking a M365 Analyst to join their team. As a M365 Analyst, you will be part of the Global Technology Team. The ideal candidate will have Excel, PowerPoint and Project coordination which will align successfully in the organization.

• Advanced Microsoft 365 experience, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Strong Excel skills with experience analyzing survey data, creating reports, dashboards, and pivot tables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop executive-level communications and presentations.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and track deliverables.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Video editing and multimedia content creation experience is a plus.

• Partner closely with the Employee Engagement Lead to support and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Analyze employee survey results and provide reporting, insights, and presentations for leadership audiences.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, both virtual and in-person.
• Create and distribute communications, presentations, newsletters, and other engagement-related content.
• Manage collaboration and communication activities through Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Provide day-to-day operational and project support, ensuring engagement activities and key priorities are delivered on time.
• Support video and multimedia content creation to enhance employee communications and engagement efforts.
