The Opportunity:
As a Cybersecurity, Privacy and Forensics
- Data Protection - PKI Implementation Manager, you will specialize in providing advice and guidance to clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations. You will help businesses navigate the complex landscape of privacy and data protection requirements, confirming compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Working in this area, you will assist in developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are part of our Cybersecurity & Privacy network within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice and are expected to embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
- Leading the implementation of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions to enhance data protection measures
- Guiding clients through privacy laws and data protection regulations to confirm compliance with applicable standards
- Conducting privacy impact assessments and developing comprehensive privacy policies
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address cybersecurity challenges and data breach incidents
- Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for improved data security
- Taking ownership of projects, managing planning, budgeting, execution, and completion phases
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations
- Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for enhancing privacy program development
- Reviewing legal documents and providing legal advice to support compliance with data protection laws
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Communications/Media, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Government/Public Policy, Law/Legal Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Marketing - Demonstrating proficiency in cybersecurity and privacy regulations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex data protection challenges
- Excelling in coaching and mentoring team members
- Developing privacy program strategies for client engagements
- Embracing change and innovation in data risk management
- Navigating legal compliance in data protection and privacy
Up to 40%
SalaryThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
