Hybrid — Charlotte, NC (3 days/week onsite)
Contract — minimum 1 year, with possible extension and conversion to full time

We’re hiring a Process/Data Analyst to support a Customer 360 initiative, helping build a single source of truth for customer, product, and services data. This role leans heavier toward data work, roughly 60% data, 40% process, while still requiring strong stakeholder engagement.

• Partner with the product owner to gather and document requirements for eligibility and other business use cases, including defining what terms like "eligible" actually mean in practice
• Identify where data should be captured and the best points to pull it from across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, AWS, HANA, SAP)
• Investigate discrepancies and anomalies across data sources, digging into root causes such as latency issues versus intentional business decisions
• Determine and justify which system should serve as the source of truth for a given data element
• Prepare findings and documentation so data engineers can implement ETL, ingestion, or transformation work
• Document the business processes that produce the data and translate them into Jira stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Support light QA activities and help move stories through the board during Agile ceremonies

• Experience with Jira, including writing stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• SQL experience preferred; strong Excel and reporting/visualization skills may be considered in place of SQL
• Comfort working in an AWS environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working
• Basic ability to navigate and interpret dashboards (e.g., Power BI) is helpful; building dashboards is not a requirement of this role
• A self-starter mindset — someone who traces answers across systems, asks follow‑up questions, and does not just check the box

This is a newly created role with no analyst currently in place, giving the right candidate real influence over how the position is shaped. You’ll work at the intersection of data and process, acting as the bridge between data engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders who own the underlying rules.
