Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Application Production Support Engineer / Production Support Analyst to join their team. As a Application Production Support Engineer / Production Support Analyst (Charlotte), you will be part of the Enterprise Risk and Finance APS supporting critical treasury portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Respond to and resolve business queries within the ERFT space, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

+ Communicate with line of business and management regarding the overall status and health of applications.

+ Identify areas for improvement in monitoring, application stability, and root cause analysis.

+ Collaborate with Technology Infrastructure and Development Teams on releases, upgrades, and system enhancements.

+ Manage user queries, alerts, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and ITSM frameworks effectively.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 5+ years of Production Support experience in a technical environment.

+ Strong knowledge of SQL, UNIX/Linux, and scripting with Python.

+

Experience with ITIL processes, incident and problem management, and monitoring tools like ITRS, Dyna Trace, and Splunk.

+ Hands-on experience with Autosys, Bob jobs, Hadoop, Cloud platforms, and database systems such as Oracle and Teradata.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations.
