Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
  • Support and manage the user access certification process across the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards
  • Analyze identity and access data to validate certification accuracy and identify potential risks or discrepancies
  • Develop and deliver automation technologies to replace manual processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with intra‑ and inter‑team partners to ensure seamless execution of identity and access control processes
  • Provide guidance and support to users on application features and best practices related to access certifications
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of access control frameworks in alignment with SOC, SOX, and ISO 27001 standards
  • Communicate analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making
  • Lead the team and make informed decisions to support operational and risk management objectives
About the Team

The Access Certification team operates within the Identity, Risk and Controls function as part of the Cybersecurity organization at Moody’s. The team is responsible for running the enterprise‑wide user access certification process and ensuring access governance practices are executed consistently and effectively. This role requires close collaboration across teams to support strong access controls, reduce risk, and safeguard the integrity of identity and access management across the organization.

& Benefits

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $140,200 – $230,000 depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full‑time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
