Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Jira, multi-team coordination, and PI Planning, and a proven ability to sustain delivery excellence, maintain operational continuity, and provide transparency across large enterprise programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide structure, governance, and real-time visibility across multiple Agile teams and critical programs.
• Enable agility across work streams delivering General Ledger capabilities and key regulatory, automation, and capital initiatives.
• Backfill and maintain continuity for teams during Scrum Master transitions.
• Prevent delays that could impact compliance deadlines and planning cycles.
• Facilitate Scrum events, PI Planning, and cross-team coordination.
• Leverage Jira tools for tracking, reporting, and dependency management to drive transparency.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Strong Jira expertise, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Jira Horizon and familiarity with Jira Align.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams in enterprise environments.
• Program Increment (PI) Planning experience within scaled frameworks.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with financial systems or General Ledger initiatives.
• Background in regulatory or compliance-driven delivery.
