SAP SRM / Ariba / MM Functional Consultant
Charlotte, NC (Need Onsite day 1, hybrid 3 days from office)
Contract- W2 only (H1b transfers also fine)
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced SAP SRM / Ariba / MM Functional Consultant to support procurement and materials management processes. The consultant will work closely with business users to analyze requirements, configure SAP solutions, and improve end-to-end procurement operations including sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, inventory management, and Ariba-SAP integration.
Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement and materials management
- Configure and support SAP SRM, SAP Ariba, and SAP MM modules
- Manage procurement processes such as:
- strategic sourcing
- supplier onboarding and supplier management
- purchase requisitions
- purchase orders
- contracts
- invoicing and approvals
- Support inventory management and purchasing operations within SAP MM
- Work on Ariba-SAP integration and ensure smooth data flow between systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and end users
- Perform system testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and production support
- Provide user training, process documentation, and functional specifications
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in procurement functions
- Strong experience in SAP SRM, SAP Ariba, and SAP MM
- Good understanding of procurement lifecycle and materials management
- Hands-on experience in:
- sourcing
- purchasing
- inventory processes
- Ariba integration with SAP ERP/S4
HANA
- Experience in functional configuration, testing, and support
- Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- SAP functional consulting experience in procurement solutions
- Experience with SAP ECC or S/4
HANA - Knowledge of integration tools, workflows, and approval processes
- SAP Ariba or SAP MM certification is a plus
