Junior Data Analyst

Careerscape is hiring a Junior Data Analyst for a hybrid, full-time position based in Charlotte, NC, with a data-driven organization. $58,000–$72,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a full benefits package.

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards
• Analyze trends and summarize findings for stakeholders
• Support data quality and integrity initiatives
• Assist with ad hoc analysis requests
• Present insights in clear, non-technical terms

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work a hybrid schedule from the Charlotte office

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Exposure to Python or R
• Prior internship or project work in analytics
